Sorry, we don’t make out a receipt for order by credit card. Please use your credit card receipt.

How much is consumption tax? Is it included in cover price?

When you buy something in Japan or Japanese online store, consumption tax of 5% is charged on all goods.

What’s the process for overseas orders?

Register at tenso.com → Shop at Littlemoon’s online store → Arrival and inspection at tenso.com → Package confirmation and payment for international shipping → International shipment → Arrival of your package.

How will I know my order has been processed or shipped?

Within 24 hours of placing an order you will receive a conformation mail from our Customer Support Center.
And you will receive a e-mail on your payment and domestic shipping.
When your ordered package arrives at “Tenso.com”, they will notify you about your orders from that time.

What’s the usual turnaround time for orders?

In case of domestic shippment usually take a couple of days to arrive at tenso storehouse.
And your waiting for international shippment would depend on the destination country.
As for the United States, approximatively, it takes a week you receive your package.
